Mike is a husband and father to 4 wonderful children. He is very competitive and plays numerous sports to fulfill the fire inside of him, including basketball, pickleball, and disc golf. When Mike isn’t competing, he’s usually fishing and camping with his family, or just telling lots of great jokes and being hilarious. 

The main thing that attracted Mike to Real Estate was helping people navigate through buying or selling a home with as little stress as possible. Mike has served in the National Guard for the last 14 years, where he developed a career in Cyber Security. While that career provided for his family, it wasn’t his true passion. 

Fast forward to today, Mike and his wife Jordan have created Hilltop Property Group to be the premiere Real Estate team to help clients from all walks of life!

 Jordan Hill resides in the gorgeous Willamette Valley; specifically in Salem, Oregon. She can help you or anyone you know with buying, selling and relocation! Erica is a lifelong Oregonian, currently living in the Willamette Valley with her 3 kids. Erica and her kids love exploring all the beauty Oregon has to offer, from the rivers, mountains, and ocean. When Erica isn’t exploring Oregon, she’s a football, basketball, and dance mom and even plays volleyball herself on a city league team. Her friends and family also love that she consistently hosts get-togethers and cooks delicious food for everyone.

Erica likes to stay busy and active, so she knows that everyone's schedule can be chaotic at times. This is a huge advantage to her clients because she understands that time is valuable and is eager to step in and help them at every step in the process. 

Erica believes in open communication, and makes sure she has a firm grasp of what is most important to each client. She always wants to learn the unique needs and expectations of her clients, and works extra hard to make the buying or selling process as easy and stress-free as possible

Ovi Moran was born in California, but moved up to Oregon with his family when he was 7 and has lived here since. From its beautiful summers to its awesome winters, he couldn’t imagine calling anywhere else “home". He considers himself very active, and enjoys both playing and watching sports. During the summer he plays outdoor basketball and enjoys going on runs and walks with his family. Year round you can also find him lifting weights or out on the golf course.    Ovi is a father and a husband. Together he and his wife M’Lissa have 6 wonderful kids, 5 boys and 1 girl. Their family enjoys staying busy with sports, projects and vacations. As a people person, Ovi’s goal is helping people achieve what makes them happiest in life. This passion ties into real estate because helping you find your perfect home is rewarding for both you and him.

Sean has been married for almost 30 years to his beautiful wife, Ginger, and blessed as a father of two wonderful daughters. M’Lissa Terrones was born and raised in Arizona, and moved to beautiful Oregon when she was 20. This is where she has planted her roots and is raising her family. M’Lissa is a wife and a mother to 6 wonderful kids who are all in different stages of life. With her family’s busy schedule of sports, events, and family fun she has learned how to balance her time correctly and wisely.    She considers herself to be an outgoing person, who loves to spend time with friends, loved ones and also meeting new people. In her free time she enjoys working out, lifting weights, running and recently has started to golf. On a nice sunny day M’Lissa likes to go out on walks with her kids and husband. Her reason for choosing real estate as a profession is it allows her to help people accomplish a great feeling in the home purchasing process. As well as gives her the freedom to make her own schedule where she can be involved in her kid’s lives. 

Jeremiah Yang has a huge heart for service. He first moved to Oregon
in 2015 to attend Corban University where he graduated with the
degrees of Bachelor of Arts (in Business Management and Leadership)
and Master of Business Administration. During his years at Corban
University, he also worked as a youth pastor. He states that one of
the greatest joys serving as a youth pastor was being able to serve
and walk alongside the young people in navigating through their
current stage of life. This experience also led him to real estate
with the desire of walking alongside individuals, partners, families,
and businesses in making one of the greatest financial decisions -
whether it be a first home or the tenth home. Learning is a part of
growth and a vital process in life; thus Jeremiah willingly admits
when he doesn’t know the answer and will find out the solution,
especially when it comes to helping others reach their real estate
